INDUCE Act shelved (for now)

YES!

The INDUCE Act has been shelved for now:

Hatch canceled plans Thursday to present the bill to the Judiciary Committee, and participants in the talks said there would likely be no movement on the proposal in the immediate future.

Take that Hatch! Nobody but the RIAA wants this law -- thanks for getting a clue. I guess all my stupid calls to my senators and representatives have paid off.
