IP Loopholes?

Puretunes, a spanish all-the-music-you-can-download service is exploiting a loophole in the spanish copyright laws to enable its service, according to C-Net.

What our Spanish friends are forgetting is that we're not afraid of sending our enforcers to foreign countries in order to muck with their copyright laws.

And if that fails, we can always stick our own congressional caucus which aims to stamp out piracy, on these Spanish file traders.

Please let me wake up and realize that these were all articles from The Onion.

And BTW: The ghost of Napster Lives!

God, I miss Nap. Been using WinMX since then.

I don't miss Napster all too much -- I think Kazaa does a better job... But I hear good things about WinMX...
